Inspired by the rolling hills and escarpment landscape in winter, here where I live in Glen huron, ON. Use the hills, valley and plateaus in this piece to layer and give height to your charcuterie.
*An extremely hard piece to create, taking over a month of forming and slow drying, before going through two kiln firings with extra special care and lots of crossing of fingers and toes. Every hill, valley and plateau was meticulously hand crafted.
